Job Description

Essential Duties and Key Responsibilities:

  • Service as the project manager and resident expect on the Workday implementation project.
  • Manage the integration development process, coordinating schedules and managing resources to ensure timelines are met.
  • Participate in the design, build, test, and deployment activities of each integration as needed.
  • Work with business users to gather requirements, write functional and technical specifications and communicating technical requirements.
  • Work with internal and external resources to coordinate, configure, and test integrations between the ERP solution and benefit providers, payroll systems and other 3rd party/custom solutions.
  • Provide executive and team lead with status reports and keep them apprised of overall project status.
  • Participate in update training and other activities needed to support Workday implementation.
  • Effectively communicate with cross functional teams through the complete project /program lifecycle.
  • Manage the backlog of features, enhancements, and change requests.
  • Facilitate security reviews for projects, technologies, third parties and business process to determine adherence to security policy.

Education and Experience:
  • Strong project management experience.
  • Workday integration experience.
  • Proficient in interacting with Workday Web Services and Reports-as-a-Service.
  • 3+ years implementing and/or supporting integration solutions with ERP software; demonstrated integration experience in the Human Resources and Payroll areas, Supply Chain and Finance.
  • Experience working with large Workday Implementation Partners.

Licensure and Certification:
  • PMP certification is highly desirable

  • Facilitate security reviews for projects, technologies, third parties and business process to determine adherence to security policy.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work at a detailed level while maintaining an overall project perspective
  • Ability to create and maintain detailed documentation, artifacts, tools, and other content
  • Excellent communication, facilitation and presentation skills
  • Problem solving and troubleshooting capabilities, with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization as well as with external representatives
  • Ability to advocate and lead organizational change and work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
