Job Description:

The SEO Executive will be a member of the SEO Team, executing best practice SEO in all markets (US/UK/Canada/Aus) at a tactical level. The SEO Executive will require good understanding of Organic Search as a discipline as well as the ability to think laterally and work on his/her own to develop projects. The position requires an intelligent, highly-energized, self-motivated individual with the potential to develop good technical and analytical skills. Attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication is essential

 

Duties and responsibilities:

· Actively contributing to and assisting in creation of SEO and PPC strategy for international markets and Company’s brands operating in the said markets (US/UK/Canada/Aus)

· Executing high quality link strategies for all relevant sites as well as guiding content team on outreach

· Perform keyword research and content optimization

· Review, analyze and monitor current keywords used across the site

· Use a range of link analysis tools to track, monitor, evaluate and analyze existing site links and competitor profiles in order to inform, refine and develop link strategies across their sites

· Monitor and removing redundant or low quality links

· Support other team members, such as social and content to maximize traffic

· SEO copywriting: contributing to creating the SEO guidelines e.g., where to place keywords in copy so that it gets the most SE traffic

· On-page Optimization

· Off-page Optimization

· Recognize and communicate insights that show progress toward better Search Engine visibility

· Participate in, and report findings of, comprehensive website audits and competitive analysis

· Remain current on the latest industry trends, guidelines, and Search algorithm updates

 

Key Performance Indicators:

· Strong understanding of products and industry

· Organic traffic improvement

· Keyword(s) search standing improvement on Google

· Staying current on the latest industry trends, guidelines, and Search algorithm updates

· Ability to liaise in a timely and efficient manner with colleagues and any external agencies
