SaaS Sales/ Business Development Representatives  (This is Night Shift Matching USA Times)

We are looking for SaaS Sales/ Business Development Representatives to join our Business Development Team. It's online, over the web through interactive pre-sales discovery meetings, you will analyze an organization's current business needs; then develop and present our SaaS Cloud solution to deliver unprecedented value. In this highly visible key sales role, your duties include finding and closing new accounts. A Hunter sales mentality is critical, but you are expected to build and develop the new accounts you bring in. You should want, above all, to sell with your superior presentation and communications skills. Our comp program consists of commissions and a bonus plan. 

Responsibilities include:

  • Find and develop new leads within your geographic target area
  • Identify, generate, propose, and close sales opportunities for our software and services products over the phone and work with team leads on business planning to identify new business opportunities and fully qualify these opportunities in accordance with our sales methodology.
  • Sell the software to C-Level, VP, Director, and Managerial level contacts and decision-makers.
  • Prepared sales presentations for the demonstrations and followed up with the decision-makers.
  • Consistently exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas set by management
  • Keeping a tab on competitors and their strategies and helping management take strategic decisions on product development and marketing.
  • Generated new business for the firm via cold calls, referrals from contacts, and networking on social media.
  • Utilized a CRM to track down old prospects in an attempt to convert to new revenue as well as re-establish relationship with clients that have backed out.
  • Achieve the required quantity and quality of outbound calls to prospects to qualify and convert enough new business to meet a monthly quota.
  • Answer/respond to customers' inbound questions and maintain the CRM with accurate data.
  • Meet weekly/monthly Opportunity target numbers, with extreme regularity
  • Keep knowledge up to date and meet training targets to maintain a thorough understanding of our products, processes, and promotions to provide the highest levels of sales support
  • Develop incoming leads and referrals through the full cycle of the sales process and position and sell the value of the ATS/ CRM platform
  • Stay up-to-date and provide feedback on feature designs, product roadmap, and development progress for areas of product responsibility
  • Continuous learning and growing your knowledge of the product and Contribute value to data guides, scripts, and other documentation for team benefit
  • Prepare proposals and quotations
  • Work in a team environment with colleagues and stakeholders from across the team to achieve objectives.
  • Maintain key relationships post-sales

Your experience should also include:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years experience in Inside Sales; preferably with SaaS/ software companies.
  • Online Presentation, communication, and influencing skills to C-Level Executives, interfacing with, and selling to the C-Level specifically
  • Self-motivated and able to work with a distributed team
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship-building skills are required.
  • Excellent written, oral, and listening skills are required. Strong business acumen.
  • Strong ability to influence at all levels and strong new business development and
  • negotiations skills.
  • Must be comfortable speaking with high-level decision-makers.
  • Excellent time management, multi-tasking, and organizational skills required.
  • Demonstrated ability to be proactive and take initiative to get things done.

  • Customer-Centric Selling experience an asset - strong customer focus.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and a strong team player
  • Proven ability to develop executive-level messaging / demonstrations for maximum impact
  • 4-year college/University Degree Required preferably overseas experience Degree in IT/ BSIT/ BA IT preferred
  • Overseas experience is definite PLUS
