Job Summary:
Responsible for designing and executing strategic and comprehensive talent acquisition initiatives to effectively identify, attract, qualify, recruit, hire and retain talent to meet current and projected needs of the organization. Responsible for facilitating and processing internal employment transitions.
Job Responsibilities:
• Establishes and maintains effective relationships with hiring managers and HR Business Partner Teams by being developing an understanding of the business unit and its’ needs, by being proactive, accessible and responsive, providing regularly scheduled status updates on recruitment activity and pipeline generation and maintenance.
• Advises hiring managers on interviewing techniques, hiring processes, and guidelines including Compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Builds and maintains skill set pipelines of both active and passive candidates, ensuring pipeline provides a diverse, highly qualified, interview/selection slate.
• Recruits and sources for actual and projected positions using traditional and creative approaches including but not limited to job postings, internet postings, advertisements, professional networking, sourcing, cold calling, data mining, attendance at job fairs, conferences, colleges and universities, attendance at professional associations and events.
• Exhibits exceptional relationship management ability that includes the ability to communicate persuasively, build credibility, and interpret verbal and non-verbal behavior.
• Ability to represent Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia on a local and national level in a professional manner
• Analytical ability combined with sound practical judgment.

Required Education: Bachelor’s Degree
Preferred Experience: Two (2) or more years’ experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
