Job Description

Job Description: Our client has an immediate need for a Project Manager to support their Marketing Digital and Creative Operations teams with emphasis on website development, managing backend support workstreams, sequencing cross-functional team projects and tasks. This position is fully remote and on a contractor basis, approximately 40 hours per week, from April through September. The Project Manager will assist with the coordination and lifecycle management of high-profile projects within the Marketing Division. Project Manager Responsibilities: - Coordinate with Digital and Creative Operations cross functional teams on key projects, overseeing the project timeline upkeep and communication. - Proactively communicate with internal teams, ensuring that deliverables are completed within key timelines. - Schedule, take notes, coordinate and maintain strong collaborative relationships with stakeholders, ensuring key project milestones are met. - Lead the timely completion of key project deliverables, following up proactively with cross functional team leads and senior management. - Flexible: Ability to embrace a fluid manner when needed for each situational transformation. Ability to “get the job done” regardless of digital, social, or print/collateral project definitions. - Foster a collaborative environment between marketing teams, acting as a single voice so silos aren’t created. - Ability to communicate technology matters to marketing partners, senior executives, and strategic partners. Project Manager Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree required with 5+ years proven project management experience. - Must have strong Workfront experience. - Strong communication and organizational skills. - Knowledge of 508 compliance. - Strong understanding of both Waterfall and Agile project management methodologies. - Strong large website project management experience, working with developers and multiple technical workstreams throughout project lifecycle. - Client-facing account management experience a plus. - Experience working in higher learning Education, team, and agency environments is ideal.
