Workday Developer/Specialist
The Workday Systems Analyst will engage on a team currently implementing Workday at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. This is a long-term systems analyst position and will transition to application management and system enhancements after the Workday implementation is complete in the January 2020 timeframe. This role will work closely with business partners, developers and cross functional teams to develop requirements to support application configuration, system interfaces, as well as incident and tenant management. A preferred candidate will have experience implementing and managing Workday or other cloud ERP system with functional expertise and experience in application support in Human Resources and Payroll. The Business Analyst III position works with a team of analysts to provide tier two support for their customers and may perform advanced system configuration changes and maintenance to support the lifecycle of the application. Recommends, develops and implements effective/strategic business solutions through research and analysis of data and business processes.
1. Workday or other cloud ERP implementation and/or application management experience. 2. Functional expertise in Human Resources and/or Payroll (Preferred candidate will have experience in both functional areas).
6. Experience in agile methodologies preferred platform
• Certifications commensurate with job role
Required Education: Bachelors of/in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or other Health Care related field
Required Experience: Relevant experience (2-5 years) within a healthcare environment. Relevant Information Systems analyst experience (3-5 years)
